Centre for Reviews and Dissemination (includes DARE Database of Abstracts and Reviews of Effects) The CRD databases are updated daily and provide decision-makers with access to:
- Over 9,000 quality assessed systematic reviews
- Over 11,000 economic evaluations
- Over 10,000 summaries of completed and ongoing health technology assessments
- Summaries of all Cochrane reviews and protocols
- Summaries of Campbell reviews
Although, the largest identifiable user of our databases is the NHS, we now have a diverse audience with users all around the world. In 2010, visitors from 199 countries viewed over four million records, free of charge, via the CRD website. This usage equates to an average viewing rate of one abstract every eight seconds.
